Welcome to the podcast for Ignite Church Shepshed. We are a Church plant in the town of Shepshed, Leicestershire. UK, and we started meeting in September 2022. We are part of the Elim Pentecostal Church UK. As a church our ethos is to be anchored in the word of God and ignited by the Holy Spirit. Together, our mission is to shine the light and hope of Jesus to those around us, and to disciple one another to become more like Jesus.

This Sunday 18th February welcomed Tim Stanyon who leads New Harvest Community Church in Long Eaton. Tim's message from 1 John 3 was an important reminder to find the balance between "Legalism" and "Lawlessness". This is a vital message to grasp in our polarised times, and it strongly echos our own vision at Ignite Church; to be those who live in the tension of the radical middle!

This morning we welcomed Richard and Klaudia Cairns to minister to us. Richard and Klaudia are part of Elim's Hope Church, Corby and they are about to step out on mission to plant a church in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. This morning, Richard encouraged us with a message from Hebrews 12.
